We offer two service plans to landlords who meet 'The Pavilion Gold Standard'

This includes Student Pavilion gold standard requirements, Pre-let advice on statutory, safety and deposit requirements, Pre-let advice on rental expectation
Superior internet and local marketing (we’re Digital Marketers first. no one Beats us, Fact!), Accompanied property viewings, Tenancy agreement preparation and signings, Comprehensive tenant referencing, Rent guarantor agreement, Full inventory and schedule of condition, Deposit protected in approved government scheme, Rent collection and transfer, Keys issued to new student tenants, Transfer of application and contract.

All services inclusive – not a single extra fee we charge you.

This includes all of the above ‘Let Only’ service + Rent collection and arrears management, Rent paid on the day it’s due – guaranteed! (subject to Landlord rent insurance), Checking in/out of student tenants, Utilities and council tax dealings at start and end of tenancy, Quarterly property inspections including photographic reports, Property maintained using our local vetted tradesmen, Arrangement of minor repairs and maintenance works, Managing deliveries of new appliances, 24-hour emergency line for tenants, One responsible person contact across your portfolio, Advice on current and projected local market conditions, Investment performance appraisal; yields, interest cover, cashflow and tax, Advice on investment portfolio growth strategy, Priority on our Investment circle, deals & professional expertise, Product sourcing, design, arrangement and managment of refurbishments, Any other matter you need help with.
